Our third Soluna Wellness Retreat is a collaboration between Ix-Ik Health & Wellness and Plant Med Health LLC, guided by Dra. Angelina Ix-Ik’ Londoño, PhD, NBC-HWC, founder of Ix-Ik Health & Wellness and board-certified health and wellness coach, and Karolina Mikos, MD, founder of Plant Med Health LLC and board-certified internist with a holistic approach to mind-body health.
Taking place February 16–21, 2027, this six-day, five-night retreat is set on a private family property in the Colombian countryside. The lovingly restored farmhouse, nourishing farm-to-table meals, and thoughtful care create a peaceful space to slow down, reconnect, and fully enjoy the experience.

What’s Included
All retreat workshops, activities, and facilitated restorative experiences focused on nervous system regulation and reconnecting with self, community, nature, and culture.
Five nights of shared, double-occupancy lodging
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, Colombian coffee, tea, and fresh natural juices will be provided each day while you are staying at the retreat center.

To join the included airport pickup, please schedule your flight to arrive at MDE by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, February 16. After pickup, we will travel together to the farmhouse, settle in, enjoy a welcome dinner, and begin our retreat experience.

Payment Plan
Secure your place with a $300 nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance will be divided into two additional payments.
Payment schedule:
Deposit: $300 — due at the time of registration
Payment 1: $700 — due Nov 15th, 2026
Payment 2: $700 — due Jan 15th, 2027
Total retreat investment: $1,700 per person
Participants who register after October 15, 2026, will be required to pay the nonrefundable deposit along with any scheduled payments that are already due at the time of registration.

Meals will be served family-style and enjoyed together throughout the retreat. All meals provided as part of the scheduled retreat experience are included in your registration.
Our local chef will prepare each meal in-house using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, with a focus on nourishing, balanced meals and the flavors and traditions of Colombia.
Throughout Soluna, our meals will also complement our journey through the four elements—Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. You can expect a variety of traditional and inspired Colombian dishes such as arepas, campesino cheese, eggs, fresh tropical fruits and juices, soups, rice, seasonal vegetables, avocado, chicken, plantains, and other locally inspired dishes.
Food is part of the experience at Soluna—a way to nourish the body while connecting with the land, culture, and one another.
Before the retreat, we will ask about any food allergies or dietary restrictions and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Meals, snacks, or beverages purchased outside the retreat center or scheduled itinerary are not included.

Your retreat registration includes five nights of shared, double-occupancy lodging. Each room includes twin-size beds, and room assignments will be thoughtfully arranged based on availability, group needs, and any roommate preferences you share with us.
We will do our best to create a comfortable experience for everyone; however, specific rooms or roommate requests cannot be guaranteed.

Because this is a small, intimate retreat with limited availability, your registration reserves a space specifically for you. We completely understand that unexpected changes can happen, while also needing to honor the financial commitments made in advance to prepare for your stay.
The $300 deposit is nonrefundable.
For cancellations received on or before January 1, 2027, you may receive a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit, less processing fees and any nonrecoverable expenses already paid on your behalf.
For cancellations received between January 2 and February 1, 2027, you may receive a 25% refund of payments made beyond the deposit, less processing fees and any nonrecoverable expenses already paid on your behalf.
Beginning February 2, 2027 — 14 days before the retreat begins — all retreat payments are final and nonrefundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible participant in accordance with our transfer policy. Any transfer must be approved and completed by February 2, 2027.
Refunds cannot be provided for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, flight delays or cancellations, illness, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to attend. For this reason, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to help protect your investment.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you are no longer able to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible participant.
Transfers must be approved by the retreat organizers and completed by February 2, 2027, at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
The new participant will need to complete all required registration forms, agreements, and any other retreat requirements before the transfer is finalized.

Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance shortly after registering and booking your flights.
Consider selecting a policy that includes coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, flight delays, lost luggage, and other unexpected travel disruptions. Travel insurance can provide additional peace of mind and help protect your investment.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to insufficient enrollment, a natural disaster, or another unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a full refund of all retreat payments, including your deposit, less any payment-processing fees.
Please note that we are not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, or other travel-related expenses. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect those costs.

For your return flight, please allow plenty of time for check-in and airport security after the group drop-off. We recommend booking a flight that departs no earlier than 1:00 p.m. on February 21.
If your flight falls outside the designated group transportation times, we can help arrange a private airport transfer for an additional $150 each way.
