Day 1 — Saturday, August 29: Arrival + Welcome Dinner
Participants arrive at Medellín José María Córdova International Airport — MDE and travel together to the farmhouse, or finca, in the beautiful mountains near Guatapé.
After arriving, guests will have time to settle into their rooms, explore the property, and enjoy a nourishing welcome dinner as we open the retreat container and begin connecting as a community.

Day 2 — Sunday, August 30: Building Safety + Connection
Our first full day focuses on creating a foundation of safety, trust, consent, and meaningful connection.
We’ll begin with breakfast, followed by a welcome and consent workshop designed to establish group agreements and help everyone feel supported throughout the retreat.
After lunch, we’ll explore creativity and self-expression through a hands-on clay art experience. Later, participants can choose how they would like to spend the afternoon, including resting at the finca or joining a sunset hike to a nearby rock overlook.
We’ll return for a shared dinner and a relaxing evening together.

Day 3 — Monday, August 31: Water + Play
This day invites us to connect with the healing and playful energy of water.
We’ll begin with sunrise yoga, followed by breakfast and quiet time for meditation or journaling. Later, we’ll enjoy a traditional fiambre lunch during a scenic boat excursion.
The afternoon may include paddleboarding, swimming, or simply relaxing and enjoying the lake. We’ll close the day with dinner, a bonfire, and an optional game night.

Day 4 — Tuesday, September 1: Ix-Ik’ Day
Ix-Ik’ means “breath of life.” This restorative day is centered on reconnecting with nature, the body, the breath, and our inner wisdom.
We’ll begin slowly with fresh fruit for snacking and an optional natural fruit facial, followed by a guided forest bathing experience and a nourishing brunch.
The afternoon offers spacious time for hammocks, journaling, meditation, rest, and quiet reflection. Later, we’ll gather for an intentional cacao experience followed by a guided breathwork journey.
We’ll end the evening with dinner and time around the bonfire.

Day 5 — Wednesday, September 2: Play, Expansion + Integration
Our final full day is an invitation to celebrate, express, integrate, and honor everything that has unfolded throughout the retreat.
After breakfast, we’ll participate in a creative art workshop, followed by lunch and spacious afternoon time for rest, journaling, reflection, and optional participant testimonials.
In the evening, we’ll gather for ecstatic dance and a meaningful closing ceremony. We’ll complete the day with our final dinner together.

Day 6 — Thursday, September 3: Breakfast + Departure
We’ll share a final breakfast together before saying goodbye and beginning the journey home or continuing to Guatapé.
Participants may choose from the included group transportation options available that day.
