Day 1 — Saturday, August 29: Arrival + Welcome

Participants arrive at Medellín José María Córdova International Airport — MDE and travel to the farmhouse / finca.

We will offer one group airport pickup from MDE at 5:00 PM. To join the included group transfer, your flight must arrive by 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 29.

After pickup, we’ll travel together to the farmhouse, settle in, share a welcome dinner, and open the retreat container.

Included: Dinner + group transfer from MDE to the farmhouse

Day 2 — Sunday, August 30: Grounding + Connection

A day to arrive fully, build safety, and begin connecting with the land, the group, and ourselves.

Possible activities include forest bathing, gentle movement, reflection, group agreements, and connection practices.

Included: All meals + activities + workshops

Day 3 — Monday, August 31: Consent + Art

Building trust, emotional safety, and creative expression through art, nature, and intentional group practices.

Included: All meals + activities + workshops

Day 4 — Tuesday, September 1: Breathwork Journey

A deeper day for emotional opening, inner exploration, nervous system awareness, and integration.

Included: All meals + breathwork + workshops

Day 5 — Wednesday, September 2: Ecstatic Dance + Closing Ceremony

A day centered on expression, release, integration, gratitude, and closing the retreat container together.

Included: All meals + ceremony + activities

Day 6 — Thursday, September 3: Breakfast + Departure

The retreat officially ends in the morning after breakfast.

Participants may choose one of two departure options:

• Depart to the airport with the included group drop-off at 12:00 PM

• Enjoy a leisurely morning and depart to Guatapé after lunch

Arrival Transfer

• Included group pickup: Saturday, August 29 at 5:00 PM

• Your flight must arrive by 3:00 PM to join the included group pickup.

Departure Transfer

• Included group airport drop-off: Thursday, September 3 at 12:00 PM

• Airport: MDE / Medellín

If you need transportation outside of the included pickup time on August 29 or the included drop-off time on September 3, those airport arrangements will be at your own expense.

Optional Guatapé Transition

After the retreat ends on Thursday, September 3, participants may be dropped off in Guatapé instead of the airport.

Any additional time, meals, lodging, outings, transportation, or activities in Guatapé would be optional and outside of the retreat package.

Per Person — Airfare not included
Participants book their own flights.

Full Price — $1,500

• $300 initial deposit

• 2nd payment: $600, due two weeks after initial deposit

• Final payment: $600, due by July 30
