Yes, the entire program and program materials will be in English.

Please book your flight to José María Córdova International Airport in Medellín, Colombia (MDE).

Complimentary group airport transportation is included at the following designated times:

Airport pickup: July 17, 2027, at 5:00 p.m.
Airport drop-off: July 22, 2027, at approximately 11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Please choose flights that allow enough time to clear immigration, collect your luggage, and meet the group before the scheduled pickup. We recommend arriving at MDE by 3:00 p.m. on July 17.

If your flight arrives or departs outside the designated group transportation times, a private airport transfer can be arranged for an additional $150 each way.

Meals will be served family-style and enjoyed together throughout the retreat. All meals provided as part of the scheduled retreat experience are included in your registration.

Our local chef prepares each meal in-house with care and attention, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. Past meals have included rice, salads, seasonal vegetables, organic chicken, fresh fruit, and traditional Colombian dishes.

Before the retreat, we will ask about any food allergies or dietary restrictions and will do our best to accommodate your needs. Meals, snacks, or beverages purchased outside the retreat center or scheduled itinerary are not included.

Your retreat registration includes five nights of shared, double-occupancy lodging. Each room includes twin-size beds, and room assignments will be thoughtfully arranged based on availability, group needs, and any roommate preferences you share with us.

We will do our best to create a comfortable experience for everyone; however, specific rooms or roommate requests cannot be guaranteed.

Retreat pricing is listed per person and is based on shared accommodations.

Because this is a small, intimate retreat with limited availability, your registration reserves a space specifically for you. We completely understand that unexpected changes can happen, while also needing to honor the financial commitments made in advance to prepare for your stay.

The $388 deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

For cancellations received on or before February 1, 2027, you may receive a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit, less processing fees and any nonrecoverable expenses already paid on your behalf.

For cancellations received between February 2 and April 30, 2027, you may receive a 25% refund of payments made beyond the deposit, less processing fees and any nonrecoverable expenses already paid on your behalf.

Beginning May 1, 2027, all retreat payments are final and nonrefundable.

Refunds cannot be provided for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, flight delays or cancellations, illness, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to attend. For this reason, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance to help protect your investment.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you are no longer able to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another eligible participant.

Transfers must be approved by the retreat organizers and completed by May 1st, 2027. The new participant will need to complete all required registration forms and agreements.

Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance shortly after registering and booking your flights.

Consider selecting a policy that includes coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, flight delays, lost luggage, and other unexpected travel disruptions. Travel insurance can provide additional peace of mind and help protect your investment.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to insufficient enrollment, a natural disaster, or another unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a full refund of all retreat payments, including your deposit, less any payment-processing fees.

Please note that we are not responsible for airfare, travel insurance, or other travel-related expenses. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect those costs.

Round-trip airfare is not included in the retreat package. We are happy to recommend airlines or trusted travel agents if you would like support booking your flight.

The retreat center is approximately two to three hours from the airport, depending on traffic and holiday-weekend travel. To allow enough time to clear immigration, collect your luggage, and meet the group, please schedule your arrival at MDE for 3:00 p.m. or earlier on July 17.

For your return flight, please allow plenty of time for check-in and airport security after the group drop-off. We recommend booking a flight that departs no earlier than 1:00 p.m. on July 22.

If your flight falls outside the designated group transportation times, we can help arrange a private airport transfer for an additional $150 each way.
