Forest Bathing Walks (Shinrin-Yoku)

Join a gentle, guided Forest Bathing walk—an evidence-informed, mindfulness-based practice that supports stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection with nature.

Forest Bathing is not a hike or exercise. It is a slow, intentional walk that uses the senses—sight, sound, touch, smell, and breath—to help you be fully present in the natural environment.

Benefits

Research shows Forest Bathing can:
• Lower stress and anxiety
• Improve focus and creativity
• Support the body’s natural rest-and-repair response

No experience is needed—just curiosity and comfortable shoes.

Spring Walk Series

Monthly walks:

April - 25th 2pm

May- TBD

June- TBD

Cost

There is no cost to attend. Participants are invited to offer an optional exchange of energy, such as a small gift or something meaningful.
